Swedish massage is a full body massage that will be customized based on what your body needs and what areas are the most tense, light to medium pressure with use of different modalities to help dissipate knots. This massage is used with soft to medium pressure in order to stimulate the parasympathetic system with long gliding strokes to ensure you are fully relaxed during the massage, may be used with other modalities such as myofascial release therapy and deep tissue. I use many different modalities in my massages such as reflexology, acupressure, stretches, myofascial release therapy, lymphatic drainage, gua sha, therapeutic massage, and much more. My main four massages are the customized Swedish massage a 50 minute is $125, and an 80 minute is $180. Deep tissue or therapeutic massage is my personal favorite it is $130 for a 50 minute and $190 for a 80 minute. Hot stone massage I generally pair with deep tissue and myofascial release therapy because it is the most beneficial paired together is $140 for a 50 minute and $200 for a 80 minute. Gua sha is used on the face for lymphatic drainage and to massage the jaw and used on the body as a deeper form of deep tissue because it is more precise and can get into each individual muscle I use rose quartz gua sha stones, this massage is $145 for a 50 minute and $195 for a 80 minute. My lymphatic drainage massage is a 70 minute massage to cover the whole body and face and is $160.
