Sports Massage

Whether its post event or pre event sports massage I have experience in both. If you need a fast paced massage to stimulate the muscles before the event or a slower, more relaxing massage with a lot of stretches for post event recovery you have come to the right place! I did sports massage at the LA marathon where I helped people who had cramps, over all muscle tightness or just wanted a good massage after the Marathon. This massage is intended to increase the blood flow and circulation after all the wear and tear of a sports event. This massage is $65 for a 30 minute massage and $130 for a 50 minute massage.
